This page outlines how Siba Toughened Private Limited handles dispatch and delivery of toughened, laminated, insulated, and custom-fabricated glass products from our manufacturing unit in Cuttack, Odisha.
We currently dispatch primarily within Odisha, with select dispatch to neighbouring states for bulk/wholesale orders. Please confirm delivery feasibility for your location at the time of enquiry.
Standard toughened glass orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days of order confirmation, depending on order volume, custom dimensions, and current production load. Custom-fabricated or laminated/insulated orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of quotation.
Given the fragile nature of glass products, all orders are packed using industry-standard wooden crating, edge protection, and secure strapping suited for road transport.
Transportation charges are calculated based on order volume, glass thickness/weight, and delivery distance, and are quoted separately from product pricing unless stated as "delivered price" in your quotation.
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon dispatch from our facility, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Customers are advised to inspect glass panels immediately upon delivery and report any transit breakage or damage within 24 hours, with photographic evidence, to enable a swift resolution.
For door, partition, and facade installations, please ensure the installation site (openings, frames, hardware) is ready as per the confirmed drawing prior to delivery to avoid delays or re-handling charges.
